Scott E. Graham, MHA, FACMPE is the Founder and CEO of OMS Consulting Firm. After successfully starting and managing a large OMS practice with a nationally recognized fellowship program in St. Louis, MO, Scott offers 18 years of practical OMS practice management experience. He has a wealth of knowledge of practice transitions/mergers/acquisitions, recruitment, revenue cycle improvement, billing and coding, workflow optimization, and process improvement training.
Scott and his team understand your OMS practice and strive to deliver customized solutions that advance your practice, increase profitability, and improve referrals and patient outcomes.
He is the founder of the Jaws Society, a national not-for profit professional organization for OMS practice administrators. He has presented at several local and national conferences and written articles on the topics of OMS practice management, starting an OMS Fellowship Program, attracting top dental talent, and starting a national not-for-profit professional organization.
An active writer, Scott recently co-authored a book chapter about practice management in the 3rd edition of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

Experience
Allan Finnegan, JD, has over three years of corporate tax law experience at a large national firm. During his time at the firm, he helped clients through major transactions such as bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and consolidations. While working with Fortune 500 companies, he was able to touch a broad range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, manufacturing, and consumer goods.
More recently, he has three years of experience working exclusively with both newly graduated and seasoned, experienced OMS surgeons from across the country, aiding them in all their legal needs. For newly graduated doctors that want to work in a practice, he assists with their employment contracts. For new doctors wanting to own their own practice, he helps associates buy into the practice they are working at, purchase an existing practice, or build a practice from the ground up. For seasoned, experienced doctors, he facilitates the process of bringing associates into the practice, whether as independent contractors or full-time employees, and assists with potential associate buy-in opportunities. He also provides all the legal expertise necessary to help doctors wanting to sell their practice.

Alex Finnegan, CPA, has five years of public accounting experience at a Big 4 accounting firm. During this time, he led various audit engagements by performing comprehensive risk assessments, evaluating internal controls, enhancing financial system processes, and reviewing financial statements of both public and private companies in several different industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, and aerospace & defense. He advised clients through complex accounting issues including implementation of new accounting standards, valuation of goodwill, and assessment of equity carve-out transactions.
More recently, he has business/financial analyst experience in the healthcare industry and at higher education institutions. He has performed business valuations, sensitivity analyses, and financial modeling services within the OMS industry for over a year to assist clients in buying and selling practices. He has performed financial statement analysis, tax return analysis, debt service analysis, inventory cost management analysis, and financial ratio analysis. Clayton Clark, MFA, MA has more than 12 years of experience in health communication, marketing, and training. As a health communicator, he has expertise in developing health-literate patient education materials that make healthcare and health insurance easier for patients to understand. His marketing and branding experience includes copywriting and creative direction for print, web, video, radio, and social media, and he’s led complex integrated marketing campaigns from the initial ideation stage through to post-campaign evaluation. This brand development work has included organizational name/brand changes and service line development.
