With decades of experience in how to start OMS practices, including how to train and onboard new employees, the OMS Consulting Firm worked closely with Emmanuel Omoyeni, the general manager at Covenant Dentistry. The team equipped Omoyeni with everything the practice needed to get started: independent contractor employment contracts; OMS billing, credentialing, insurance negations, and compliance; and the types of instruments and equipment necessary for OMS practice. They also gave Covenant Dentistry coaching services to help navigate the process and successfully integrate OMS into their practice.
