We are a thriving 2-man specialty practice that has been established in this area for many years. Prior to scaling back to dentoalveolar surgery, we used to practice the full scope of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. Many of our larger cases were performed in two excellent local area hospitals.
We practice out of three treatment rooms equipped to accommodate all modes of anesthesia. Post-op recovery takes place in four separate recovery rooms. The office also includes two examination rooms, consultation room, private offices, nurses’ lounge, large two room front office and a large waiting room. We have digital periapical and digital panoramic/cephalometric radiograph units.Our practice grosses $2,100,000 in 36 hours/doctor/week with 5 weeks of vacation. Currently, we employ five full time and part-time surgical assistants, an office manager and three receptionists.
We have a large and very devoted referral base. Our practice enjoys an excellent reputation in this community, based on practicing to the highest surgical standards for the past six decades.
Our community is very desirable for raising a family. We have excellent public and parochial schools, along with a highly-ranked private university and community college. Our city has a broad religious base, with over 150 established churches representing most faiths and denominations. We have a thriving recently renovated downtown with wonderful restaurants and entertainment venues. Recreational choices are endless, with miles of walking/biking trails, active park district, a zoo, a children’s museum, excellent golf courses (including two private courses at two local country clubs). Our city boasts a beautiful lake for boating and fishing.
Our practice comes with an option to buy our large building, half of which we rent out to an other specialist. Our building also contains five upstairs apartments, currently unoccupied but with good potential for additional revenue.
